Conditions
1.) Price
Swiss taxes are included in all prices.
2.) Delivery cost
We do charge EUR x(CHF x) for delivery cost. Additional costs such as duty costs or other taxes can accrue and are paid by the customer.
3.) Payment
We do only ship items after receiving the payment. After the order you will receive an invoice via email. The amount due can either be transferred to our bank account or be paid directly by pay pal. As soon as the payment is in our bank account we will ship the items.
4.) Delivery time
It takes circa 5 working days between the date of payment and arrival of the items. Longer delivery times are possible if items are sold out or being reproduced. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email for further queries. Queries are only being replied if the invoice number or customer ID is noted.

5.) Reservation of proprietary rights
Until the full payment of the order is being received all items of the business relationship between the customer and Shame-on-u remain in property of Shame-on-u.
6.) Objection
Please contact us within 48 hours after the arrival of your order if there are any defects of our delivery or reasons to object the payment. Uncommented returns of our shipped items cannot be accepted. Compensations caused by wrong images, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. Rights for price- and changes of models as well as availability are reserved.
